- I'm a busy Christian mom of three, one son (Zach) and two rescue shih tzus (Molly and Maggie) who lives in Virginia. I love to cook and try new recipes. Since I am a busy mom, I love recipes that tastes like you slaved in the kitchen all day but don't require you to do so. I also collect cookbooks.
